in apex legends lore Lifeline and Octane always have been good friends. they both disliked their families and found comfort in eachother. since octane's dad, Silva, basically took over the apex games and "reconnected" with octane, lifeline and octane grew further apart from eachother since lifeline doesnt trust silva. In the easter egg we see them talking and trying to reconnect with eachother with lifeline giving him a rabbits foot, since octane had a pet rabbit in his younger days. Its so sweet to see this and seeing octane being emotional for once instead of being an adrenaline junkie all the time.

So the shield design is probably a reference to the 95 movie but the way Johnny throws it is 100% a captain America reference

In Mortal Kombat 1, if you use Johnny Cages 2nd (mid range) fatality you can hear the long running easter egg voice line from the original Mortal Kombat 2s then sound designer Dan Forden. After the opponent is kicked through the car's window and split in half, Johnny presses a button to start the car's nitro boost. As the engine turns on and fire spits out the exhaust, the iconic yet faint "Toasty!" voice line can be heard in the background.

In mk1 invasion, the level "look to la luna" is a reference to a clue given by reptile in mk 1992, also in invasions, there is an achievement called adventure time. Also in golden eye console, there is a mission where you have to use a computer to open a door. Shooting the computer enough will make it blow up. The game will send a scientist down and shooting him drops a key card. more details for johnny cage, I found 2 so far, "two face", when selecting reptile, and "just the facts ma'am" when selecting li mei, My personal favorite in the entire game though, is that the code johnny cage gives you for his mansion is the blood code from mk 1992.

As I mentioned on the previous Mortal Kombat video, here are some references you haven't mentioned: on the movie set, the enemy Kalima is almost certainly a reference to Temple of Doom (especially since there was the Last Crusade reference and Johnny is dressed like Indiana Jones). In the pyramid battle at the end, you have some references in the names of the combined warriors: Shao Kahn and Johnny Cage become John Kahner (Terminator reference), Reptile and Sindel become Lizard Queen (reference to the band the Doors, with also it being a Simpsons reference for when they went to Duff Gardens), and Reiko and Johnny Cage become Reiko Starr (Beatles reference--to drummer Ringo Starr). Dubious references in the combined warriors bit: Mileena and Quan Chi become Jawspell (reference to the musical Godspell?) and Geras and Reptile become Klockodile (reference to the crocodile in Peter Pan?).
