I love watching your videos...if I had tried this, I would have been disappointed at the 1st coloring of the flowers. But because of you and many other creators, I would now keep going. Please don't take this as a negative. Because of your videos, you have encouraged me soooo much. I am improving my skills every time I sit down to play. THANK YOU!!!

I'm a native Oregonian, so I've never known a Halloween without pouring rain and freezing cold East wind, we had so much fun! I think I like your card the best. I'll say it again, your talent is really shining, stamps and dies in your name, wow!

Halloween only on the 31st! Here in Montana its pretty much always cold, windy and often snowy! Love your cards. Beautiful ideas.

I appreciate you showing new products, including the learning curve. I love my distress and distress oxide sprays, are so fun to use. My great nieces at age 6 and 9, made little journals using the sprays as backgrounds (and Ranger heavy stock paper). They learned some color theory and we all had a great time.

Loving the cards. Nice to see you using the watercolor pencils. I love mine and usually use them to color with a brush to wet tip technique. Have never seen them used directly to a stamp. So thank you for that. 😊 I live in northwest Canada. And like you we trick or treat no matter the weather on Halloween. Sometimes we can have six inches of snow on the ground, or it's -30°. Some parents follow their kids in cars. But in back in my day, no parents drove around for their kids to warm up. Lol And I never ever heard of changing trick or treating to another day. Interesting...

I was happy to see you use the watercolor pencils. I am going to try using them on stamps. I have been using them by taking a wet brush to the tip of the pencil so I am anxious to use them in a different way. I am also totally with you when it comes to trick or treat. It needs to be on Halloween!! We live in Iowa and you never know what the weather will be but I am very frustrated when so many people have been asking "when is trick or treat?" on Facebook. In our town it is on Halloween and has always been on Halloween. It's like you can't change the 4th of July!😊

Im glad you used the pencils. I haven't used mine yet. I would not have thought to use them like this though. I love your videos, always something to learn. And of coarse I love Story Time. We all like to stretch our supplies, you certainly help us with doing so. Thank you for the multi media cards they are super wintery. Doing something new is always fun to see how they turn out. I like them .

I really like how you are using a water colour techniques. Beautiful card. This release is gorgeous. I live in the north of the UK and we get all kinds of weather too, we trick or treat on Halloween and go out regardless of the weather, I cannot imagine moving the day. X

So interesting with water color stamping. I watched a video the other day where they were stamping with the mica sprays! These came out lovely and will definitely try this. Years ago when my daughter was little they moved Trick or Treating (NH) to Sunday afternoon before the actual day of Halloween. So many people complained that they went back to night time on Halloween day. The kids were all confused as they were told in school what day Halloween was and then they were going out for treats on the wrong day. Anyhow, thanks so much for two great cards and a bunch of new ideas.

I've been wanting the pencils but honestly wasn't sure I would know what to do with them since most of my watercolor have been epic fails lol. Love the splatter and texture on your cards- very pretty! We took our boys trick-or-treating, always on Halloween night! We did not do trunk or treating on other nights at different venues- we felt like that would spoil the actual night of Halloween. We're old school, too.

These are really pretty, and they look easy-ish! I might have to try them for my Christmas cards this year. And moving Halloween? Nope. I remember one Halloween when a friend from the neighborhood went as a witch, complete with black crepe paper hat. It rained that year, hard. She ended up with a green face from the wet crepe paper. Hahaha! We still had a blast. :D

Cool looking cards! I don’t own the pencils so thanks for alternative ideas. Our town does trick or treat on Halloween. It’s only from 5-7 so not too late. I stay home to hand out candy and make dinner then family and friends come over to eat, check out the candy stash and hang out. Fun times!🍭🍬🎃😊

I have never used water color pencils on my clear stamps but I have used water based markers on red rubber stamps and that looks good.

I live in SE Wisconsin. Some cities/neighborhoods trick or treat on the weekend DURING THE DAY. Travesty. When I went to grad school at Penn State, they trick or treated on the Saturday before Halloween unless it was a home football weekend. One year, the kids trick or treated two weeks before Halloween - I wasn't ready for that! I grew up in Minnesota - we always trick or treated on Halloween and you had to make sure your costume fit over your winter coat. I remember going out in snow on more than one occasion.

This distressy look is cool. What a cool look with these stamps. I wouldn't have thought to do that. The splatters are great. I need to use my Speckled Egg ink---I bought it and have never tried it...Thanks for the inspiration. I threw out my splatter box because it took up too much room... :(

Thanks for using the distress pencils, l’ve played around with mine but not done a project. These are so lovely! Your creativity is always amazing. I must give it a try! After a searing hot summer AND fall, we get weather 2 days ago putting us in the 50’s for “kookerstreeting,” here in N TX. We always do Halloween on the 31st, though there are so many churches & other places having trunk or treat before the 31st, we end up with too much candy!

I have some Distress crayons that I will have to try with this technique. Just turned off the light in front of my door as it is after 9 pm and the trick-or-treaters have school tomorrow!
