Agreed. There are so many high end properties that have videos showing a palace - but no heart or sense of style. This is warm and welcoming in all ways.

Address given is incorrect (google earth pro maps) It is not 108 Peases Way "north".....delete north....It is 108 Peases Way, Edgertown....It's right next to the Edgertown Yacht Club.....

Nice house but I think the decoration is dated. I watched a lot of newly built, modern houses and maybe the reason why I said it. It is more like grandma house looking to me. Overall, this property is very promising.

How old is this house ? Love birds chirping. I live in tiny island republic of SINGAPORE. Space like this is ..... EXPENSIVE. Singapore Dollars 25 -60 million. Our island is really tiny. Most of us live in condominiums and government housing boards - also blocks of flats.

Great property, but it is decorated by/for the middle class. Here's a hint: putting a golden knob on every door and cabinet does NOT make something look more luxurious. High quality materials and craftsmanship + decor identity does. But overall this property has great potential, and it is in MV after all. I will buy something like this some day.
