Maybe I’m mistaken but those interior doors look like they may be Hollow Core. If so, it says a lot about the construction of the house. Certainly NOT ESTATE QUALITY. The roof shingles?? Asphalt?? On a house in that price range, the roof should be Red Cedar or Slate. It’s a nice looking home but there are tell tale signs of cost cuts I’m done on board with. The entryway staircase is built using all straight out of the box rails and balusters. The cost savings on that method of construction is obvious to any buyer in that price range. A true ESTATE quality home would have used a continuous radius staircase and rails. ( no posts ever 8’) Sorry it doesn’t make the cut for me

The music was going for a homey feel but the house seems as homey as the extraterrestrial hotel room at the end of "2001, A Space Odyssey".

Really strange architecture...looks like the builder decided to "build big" and constructed the house without the help and vision of an architect.
