There's the victim that became the bad guy (The old man with the gun) who, as I said before was acting out of fear and uncertainty over what he perceived as a treat to a loved one, who should've called the police instead of pulling his gun on an innocent woman making him a murderer. And the true victim made pawn (The female Uber driver) who was shot in cold blood. We got a call with an Indian ascent this morning....

Accused because the legal process has yet to happen, thus "innocent until proven guilty". However, in court, I'd wager his lawyer will argue that being old, being pursued in a scam, etc. is a reason against the accusation of murder. I'd wager he'll get a 2nd degree murder charge personally though. It's not pre-meditated, and even if he is senile, he shouldn't have a gun if he's not mentally capable of proper use. Thus, regardless how you feel, he wrongfully took a life. We'll see how the courts play out though.

He had no reason to shoot her, and that's why he's being charged with murder... if she was an accomplice or not is irrelevant... she was not a threat, he had the situation under control without force. he should have called the police and let them sort it out. Instead he decided to employ lethal force, and now he's going to prison where he will die before he is released. its a horrible situation all around, and the person who ordered the uber needs to be found and arrested, the mastermind behind this tragedy

It's fine. Uber said their hearts will be with the victim's families. They will definitely halt all businesses and plan an investigation immediately to find the culprit. Right?

Self defence. She was on a property she wasnt called to. This call was NOT placed by that man and furthmore, uber drivers are not told to get out of the car and walk up to the houses to try and find their ride.. they cancel if they dont come out or show up. Obviously this wasnt her fault thats why its a 'Horrific Tragedy" and not her fault. Because it really is. She was where she wasnt supposed to be, and the person that called her there and the person that called claiming to be law enforcement need to be tracked down and investigated and charged. I bet they are the same person. Agian, this man has every right to defend himself if he felt it was neccissary, as he was getting threatening calls all morning then a random car shows up and someone hops out? Nah.... I do think there is something to be said about the two extra shots that killed her. I do not think that was necissary but I guess she attacked him trying to defend herself. Most likely the callers are Nigerian. They do these catfishing scam calls everyday and cause this type of havoc. The Nigerians never face any legal repercussions.
