my piece of crap D.R. Horton home cost 250k and its now going for 330K at minimum. So this house has to be around 500k to 700K.

@@PS1LY I mean that the price of homes far FAR outstrips wages. Every time that has happened in the past it led to massive crash in prices. Too many investors buying. It's a bubble here right now. Highest property taxes in the state.

@@fareshajjar1208 that all makes complete sense! I noticed how much higher the taxes were too. Anywhere you’d recommend investing in a first house? I’m in south Florida, but don’t mind anywhere in Florida really.
