Sir kya power of attorney hone ke bad bhi us jamin par stey order liya ja sakata hai? Jamin maa ke nam par hai aur power of attorney bade bhai ko diya gaya tha maa abhi jivit hain power of attorney 4-5 sal pahale diya gaya tha. Ab bade bhai jamin ko becha kar paisa hadapana chahate hai. Kya is par stay order milega? Please sir reply. Bade bhai jamin ko jald se jald bech dena chahate hai.

Hi Sir Main baby adopt kerna chati hoon. Kya CARA me Nikha Nama valid hai. Usse adoption process ho jaega kya. Ya court ja ke register kerna hoga marriage certificate ke leye. Please help. 11years se zada ho gae marriage ko to court ka kafi time aur paise lag rahe hain. Please reply.

What I think is that this intestate succession law itself need rectification as most person died without writing any "will" in India;in intestate succession law, mother need to be include in class 2nd heir category along with father not in class 1 category.On the other hand,UCC is more worse than this because in UCC mother and father both are placed in class 1 heir category along with widow.This is so disgusting and shameful.Think about it.I will challenge intestate succession law in Hindu succession act and intestate succession law in UCC in honorable Supreme court of India for it's rectification.Btw a "will" is always an option to bypass intestate succession in any law.
