Yea the haunting voices they use to convey emotions is used in few of their songs and I do love it The astral plane, yoseph’s themes are heavy with this as well

This was easily the best game in 2019, i cant believe the piece of crap DMC 5 won best action game instead of this.... DMC 5 is seriously nothing infront of this, i played DMC 5 on 4K on a 2080 Super at 1440p and this game just downright shat on DMC 5 while running 30fps on a 720p 5 inch screen it was that good ! If some one does'nt agree you need more experience under your belt playing and developing video games, mic drop.

@@caregalo2878 you can either call them back or return them. There’s actually a bunch of ways but those are the most effective and safest. If you yourself of in a bad position you can sent you legion away from danger then have it pull you to safety which isn’t completely safe but it does cancel out moves and fairly quick

@@almogz9486 It's also the German pronunciation and also the pronunciation in other Aramaic-derived languages as well. Frankly, I'm pretty sure Yosef is a more common pronunciation than Joseph

@@almogz9486 I'm only moderately interested in linguistics, but I do know a bit of several languages. Technically in Arabic, it's Yusuf not Yosef, but yeah English is the only language I can speak or understand where it's Joseph by default. I don't know much about Hebrew, though.

I found this theme via another youtube video which featured it and credited it, watched gameplay of someone doing the fight and was like "huh, quite the epic final boss fight and music." And you're telling me...IT'S NOT THE FINAL BOSS?

For many chapters your goal was to capture her and stop her creations. She feels like a final boss because, at that part of the story, is what you think she is.

She actually had a pretty good idea. The homunculi she designed can eat chimeras to grow stronger, and the chimeras can't do anything to stop it. All she had to do to save humanity was loose a few dozen Chimeras in the Astral Plane and keep them from coming back through the gates. The Astral Plane would be left barren within a month. And she might have gotten away with it, too, if it weren't for those meddling kids...and if it weren't for Commander Calvert, who would take any excuse to silence other would-be saviors of humanity.

@@zzskyninjazz1821 I mean we had a good idea on how she was battling Chimera and she did make it pretty clear that Yoseph shouldn't be trusted and was responsible for a whole lot of shady stuff(Zone 09 wasn't it?). But yeah, Jena is straight up insane and I think she considered the twins to be more of a threat than potential allies to begin with

@@extrahachse3118 I think the reason she saw the Twins as a threat was because of how they were unknowingly driving Yoseph's plan forward. The discovery of full Legionis Resonance, Akira providing the catalyst for Noah by being the material for the clones, and the Legion Fusion

Sure she wasn’t going about it the best way possible, but I knew which outcome i preferred at that point lol

Naa, like, it was pretty obvious Yoseph was manipulating everything and plotting something evil, but Jena's methods were just as bad, at that point, I wanted to stop both from literally destroying humanity because of their hubris and pride on what was the "best course for humanity".

They weren't exactly subtle about Yoseph's crap (and if they were trying to be, they failed miserably), and Jena was too cryptic and too quick to the trigger to be trusted (unleashing some artifical Godzilla monstrosity on a heavily-populated city is not what I would call an act of good). No one forced her into doing all that horrible stuff, either; she isn't being pushed or blackmailed. Everything she did, she did knowingly, by herself, with blatant disregard for the damage she caused and even seemed to enjoy some of the misery she was causing. Ultimately, as far as I can tell, they're both extrenely fucked-up people; Yoseph just happens to be marginally more so. Jena feels like an attempt at a sympathetic or tragic villain that... didn't really work because we know too little about her motivations or actual goals.
