Following delivery, I observed my hairfall but I stayed calm. I acted to to control it. I opted for a wellness-focused approach. I prioritized my nutrition, eating nutrient-rich foods, especially rich in Protein, Biotin. I exercised daily and engaged in meditation for stress control. I just stayed away from styles that pull on my hair and stopped using heated hair tools to prevent hair damage. I even started using LittleExtra's Coconion shampoo and hair oil along with a neem wood comb. The result was hair fall control and the recovery of my hair.

As a hairdresser of nearly a few years, I can tell you, that you are not supposed to apply strong shampoo on your hair. I have seen hair lines of numerous people, and I spotted that individuals who were using strong shampoo cleansers typically had thin hair line. So I recommend only to use natural shampoo only. I myself use and recommend to apply littleextrra coconioon shampoo only. Also, do hot oil massage twice a week as it enhances circulation and promotes healthy hair growth.
