Why have I never cooked rice and canned tuna in the oven like this?I have never eaten such a delicious casserole with rice. This is a great family dinner.
1 glass of rice
3 eggs
Cheese
Bake at 180°C (350F) for 30 minutes
Use these products for stuffing. They go well with rice.
Onion
tomato
Salt
pepper
1 teaspoon of sugar
Tuna in a can
spinach
olive oil

Ich sehe heute das leckere Rezept zum ersten Mal! Gleich mal auf deinen Block geschaut und festgestellt, daß es viele leckere Rezepte gibt. Ich finde sie sehen nicht nur lecker aus, sondern die Zutaten sind auch gesund und nicht zu teuer. Habe dir gleich einen👍 und ein Abo gegeben. It reminds me one of our most famous & beloved dishes in Iran (it is a Persian dish) It is called Tah‘chin and a very important and delicious part of it is the crispy golden-braun rice in the bottom!😋 In the receipt there is yoghurt and of course Safran, too! We cook it with chicken (normally breast) or meat in the middle and also some cook it with fried eggplants. I am going to try Tahchin next time with Tuna! 👍🏻
