In the process of booking my flt tkts for a 21 day trip to Vienna and Swiss, 2nd wk of August, Thank you for a Very good coverage of Vienna. I can absolutely recommend Demel Kaiserschmarrn and Apple strudel with vanilla sauce and cream/ice cream @ Cafe Central.

As we are driving from bratislava and having halt at vienna for 3 -3.5 hrs ,Pls suggest a nearest car parking place from most famous sightseeing places .....so that in budget we csn park our car n use local transport to explore city

Google for park + ride garage (P+R). There are plenty spread across the city and very affordable. However If you’re coming on working days they might fill up very quickly by latest 9AM
