We were just there in December. Unfortunately, the skies were not as blue. For us it was the perfect location public transportation. Quick and easy to get most places. Will visit that location again.

Oh yes Prater amusement park is fun. I remember back in the day going there with my friends on weekends on the 10 minute red tram #1 ride from Schwedenplatz. You have to pay for all the rides separately. The bumper cars were always fun. Of course all tourists who visit Vienna should ride on the famous giant 1897 Ferris wheel :o)
