Yeah. Phú Quốc is really beauty. I never foget first time i see the sea in Phú Quốc, that color.. the Jade green, I was in shock because it was so amazing.

@@RhettandClaire Cape Town might be one of the best cities we have ever been to. We loved it so much. Kruger was amazing, we got lucky and saw some great wildlife. Joburg, we are still here currently and haven't explored much as we are using it as a "work city" but anything you recommend we do?

In Joburg, we would recommend that you take a drive to Lesedi Cultural village to learn about our diverse cultures and traditions. We went many years ago but it was a great experience! Also, if you’re going to be in Joburg until the weekend and you’re brave enough, try catch an Uber to Maboneng Precinct in the CBD. It’s an area within our run-down city that is being rejuvenated and is so vibey on the weekend☺️🙏🏻

This is so nice to see! My wife and I flew out here when we were travelling back in 2004! At the time, it was horrible (mucky with waste everywhere) and cut our one week stay short and left within 48 hours. I’m just looking for us to return with the kids and the difference on your video is amazing! It looks beautiful!

Ash Mak hey there, thank you! This is Sao Beach - it’s in the south of the island and probably the best beach in Phu Quoc. There are no hotels on the beach but our hotel called Xuan Hien was only about a kilometer away and it was lovely ☺️

Cant help but admire u 2. Nice editing vid, easy to follow the story and experience. R u guys able to drive around in PQ on motor bike? Or didnt have time to do that? Was there last dec, but i was too chicken to get a motor bike to explore. So regret. I was able to visit TT Duong Dong and its night market. It was awesome. Looking forward to view more of ur vid.

Hey there! We're actually going to be doing a video on this topic in the future but for now. We would say, no.1 Sao Beach, no.2 Starfish beach, no.3 Bãi tắm Sunworld's beach. We also went to Long Beach but we did not like it much. Hope these help.

Hello , had a query . In several vlogs and websites I observed people stating that hotels in Vietnam require customers to submit their passports for the entire stay duration . Is this true ? According to Indian Laws I am not supposed to submit the passport to any one other than the Government of India . Hence I am a bit confused as to what to do . Could you please advise what is the real situation ?

Hey there! That’s a difficult question to answer because some places did keep our passports and some didn’t. You’ll have to contact the places directly about that (although their English may not be very good). We’re sorry we couldn’t help more!🙈

So why not show the subject(s) you're talking about and stay out of at least the majority of the shots, how come so many of these videos is nothing but a bunch of self-love and self-adoration. Like, towards the end you're sitting in the waves on a beach describing how beautiful it is with the palm trees etc., but we the viewers don't even get a glimpse of those surroundings, I mean you don't point the camera away from your own images for one second; I just don't get it. If you're trying to broaden peoples knowledge of foreign places, wouldn't it be a good idea to actually show the places you're visiting instead of yourselves endlessly...???

Sean Sinclair you have CLEARLY never vlogged before 😂. Most vloggers have directional microphones. If we had to constantly flip the camera around, our audio would be a pile of rubbish. It has absolutely nothing to do with “self-love” or “self-adoration”. Plus, why on Earth do you think we have cinematic breaks and drone footage? To show off our faces from hundreds of meters in the sky?😂

@@RhettandClaire A simple gimbal setup would solve that problem and allow you to rotate/move the camera in any direction and keep the mic facing you at l times, and the drone shots in this video gave me no perspective at all and didn't even show proximity to the ocean or whatever. Just a difference of opinion, but for me, a travel vlog... should show THE Destination and not exclusively the hosts with non-descript backgrounds, I mean, there's no apparent attempt made to give your viewers an impression of the actual island that you describe being so beautiful, the very limited shots of your surroundings could have been taken anywhere, heck it could be Hawaii where I'm sitting right now. If you're just trying to show generic beauty you're succeeding, but it doesn't at all bring to mind Vietnam imho. But then again what do I know; have fun :)

Sean Sinclair first of all, a “simple gimbal” is a very expensive piece of equipment and not everyone can afford to buy one. Second of all, and you would know this if you vlogged yourself, the microphone is attached to the camera therefore when the camera turns, the microphone turns with it regardless of if it is on a gimbal or not. Finally, to address the rest of your comment - we’re not sure you payed attention to our vlog. Perhaps you need to watch it again and in future, be a little more constructive as opposed to insulting and negative. Cheers.

@@RhettandClaire I'm truly sorry if I came across as insulting, that wasn't my intention at all, I simply don't understand why almost every time I come across a travel vlog, it's more of an endless array of 'selfies' with a bit of off-camera information about the actual locations in the background, instead of the other way around. I hardly ever watch these types of vlogs/videos anymore, because all too often one sees nothing but the maker(s) of the videos in every frame, and to me that's just not interesting; I mean after about 20 seconds I pretty much know what you look like so why sit for another 20-30(or whatever) minutes of selfies. But hey it's your show, and you can, and obviously do, run it the way you like it, so keep taking selfies and throw a bit of generic travel info into the background; if nothing else, your families back home will love it. Nice quality video however. Have fun and stay safe. :):):)

Sean Sinclair we’ll take your comment with a grain of salt, adapt where we can and move forwards from there. We’re new to this and still learning, and yes, the only reason we started these videos was to share it with our families. Obviously not everyone will find them enjoyable and we’re fine with that.
