Love it! What a fun day from beginning to end. The end result of the cooking class looked delicious! My favorite part, though, was learning about how they made the rice flour/batter in the past and how you were making fresh rice paper from scratch. Super cool!

Love the cooking classes!! Cooking classes and food tours are one of the best ways to learn about a culture. The food looked amazing!! And a cookbook?! That’s a great souvenir.

u wrapped the entire Vietnamese crepe in a rice paper . U were suppose to wrap just a 1/4 of it 😂. Also u can eat the sesame cracker with the salad. U can buy the pho spices at any Asian market.. they come in a package like a tea bag. Place it in the pot with the beef bone and meat
