Just the fact that they clean the fish on that dirty floor is enough for me to get the hell out of there as fast as I can. The Japanese sushi masters probably pull their hair out watching the dude hacking out overly thick slices of sashimi with a such a dull knife. Moreover, that fish can’t be good for sashimi.
