The 2023 Beretta Catalog lists the Ultraleggero in both 20 and 12 gauges with 28 and 30 inch barrels available. American Skeet shooters take note, the 20 gauge can be used as a base gun for tubes in 4 gun American Skeet. While this does require shooting a 20 gauge in 12 gauge events it also means that you can have a 410 tubed 20 gauge that weighs in under 7.5 lbs. with the tubes in place. As for increased in responsiveness for the raw 20 gauge, I shoot with a 6.5 lbs. 30 inch Silver Pigeon III Sporting in 28/410 and it's a wonderful gun to shoot.

Would a better "Recoil Pad" be a good alternative so you could use heavier weight cartridges?
