Hi Gayle! I now believe craftroom storage and organization is a hobby separate from paper crafting.

We can no longer have overnight guests because I converted the guest room to a sewing/craft room. Reorganized closet with plastic boxes and another cloth shelf in closet for many other labeled stuff. And as someone wrote, the temptation to collect is on going. Love the tour; we now know how and where your genius works!

You are so organized. Especially when you are telling us what is in drawers and doors before you open them. Ha, I have that same lamp that is by your filming table in my living room. My living room is victorian, so it goes really well. I think I have had that lamp 25 to 30 yrs. One thing I did miss seeing in your room was your Craft Project Cart that has the removable trays. You talked about it in one of your videos and about how much you loved it, so I went to Gayles Favorite Things and ordered it and I love it. Especially that fact that you can clear your table off and just grab a tray and everything you need for that project is there. Your craft room and supplied is every crafter dream.

Another comment from me. 😊 I’m in Louisiana and we had sleet and a tiny bit of snow with temps in the teens and we think we are definitely going to freeze to death before this is over. Haven’t been able to get down my street in three days. For a girl that goes out to lunch every day, this is rough. And then I hear what you have and my mind is blown!! 😮😮😮

I have the same type of taste when it comes to craft room design. My room is very small so I can’t use antique drawers and such. I don’t have much room for pretty things to display. I might have to take out my rabbit collection and use the space for storage. 😢. I have over 500 rabbits all over my house. I use to micro organize, but since I started making journals, I just pile bins and boxes anywhere that fits. I saved your video from your last tour. I get so inspired from watching it. Thanks for this tour. I got sine ideas to use, from it. 😁

What I really love about your craft room is how you organize with found items I look at the craft rooms that are systems like IKEA and think of how sterile the y look (and how expensive). We have a lot of snow and freezing temps too here in WI!

Craft room tours are wonderful videos. I recently did two of them. One was my storage craft room and the other one was my working craft room. One woman commented and called it my "magic portal." I loved that comment. I just recently booked my flight to come to the retreat. Can't wait to see everyone again. Love you.
