I played Viewtiful Joe when I was in Elementary School. Played the first game and Red Hot Rumble so god damn much. I had no idea wtf was going on in the plot. I just enjoyed it for what it was. Viewtiful Memories.

I would watch this all the time when I first got red hot rumble. I was obsessed with this series. We’ll still am, but I’m just happy I found it back then. I even recently found volume 3 of the dvd with a free figure. It has been completely sealed since the early 2000s so I got clean the disk. April 28, 2022

@thabest0001 (small spoiler)it is. but atleast for me getting the last playable character was really hard to get and the sky rockect in difficulty with you vs. the 'dark superhero jetblack' (much stronger then the emporer jet black and sometimes has an annoying victory phase done by some wierdo you'll hear it) and that last area never appeared before i gave it to a friend.

viewtiful joe has always been my go to game for years!! I remember I used to wake up early on christmas morning every year at 4am eager to open my presents. And I would try to beat the game again and again before my family would wake up.

Well it would be uncensored in Latin America (at least in Mexico), the anime is uncensored here :P But I think that if Nintendo and Capcom come to a deal for the next Smash, Joe would be an awesome character, maybe just changing a little the handsign or hiding it with some ind of flash from the v-watch everytime he does it.
