​@@TinyOnline just started 2 days ago. Can confirm you have to do the story missions up to the one that wants you to do an encounter with a friend to unlock the seasonal challenges.

I have just checked and you are correct, the Seasonal Challenge Tab is unlocked after the Craft 3 Consumables Story Challenge, when it goes to the 'play with a friend' challenge. @@TinyOnline I just started playing it this year on playstation 5. I found out about it through a playstation notifcation through playstation account on youtube. I like the game because its rewarding to get a kill on encounters because the game can be quite challenging.

@@erickburgos8242 I agree with the challenging part. I like fact that it's NOT normally easy to get a kill and also that there are so many ways/styles to play the game. As a newish player, please let me know your thoughts and suggestion that I may have missed. I can always put them in future episodes

Thank you. Your comment has reminded me to mention the Middle Exit on GV Map in a up and coming video. The jump is hard and weight of your loot can make it impossible. I recommend avoiding the middle exit and running for the end exits. I hope you are still enjoying the games though.

I totally get that and we all had that issue, but if you get more kills and threat often, then it levels it up a little. Depends on how long it takes you to get confident or IF you care about the stats too. That will be discussed in a future video. Thank you

I totally get that. Some green coats CAN be veteran players on a NEW account. Trust in the Outlands is hard to come across. If they don't have a gun, then give them a chance

I'm really surprised you don't have more subscribers but I suppose maybe thats because you focus mostly on Vigor?Anyway, liking the game so far. One thing I can't figure out, where in the heck is the timer on encounters!?!

@@m00nmanners Thanks again, that means alot. I've only really been doing YT videos for about a year as my main content is Twitch Streaming. I feel that if I was putting more videos out more regularly, then things may be different, but I prefer to take my time and edit it well, quality over quantity. Glad that you are enjoying the game so far and I hope to get more videos out soon. The Timer??? Do you mean the Tomato timer which gets turned at the beginning of each Encounter or do you mean 'Timed Safe' which is one of the three Lootable Events that gets randomly rotated (only two Lootable Events per Encounter)

i@@TinyOnline maybe the tomato timer? I am unaware of it but I am talking about a timer on encounters for the radiation. Also, I can't seem to find the maps online anywhere. I am trying to avoid maps with locked exits and it is driving me mad there are no updated resources for this! (maps)

@@m00nmanners Thanks again for your comment and I feel this would be a good subject to cover in a future video. So the Airdrop comes into the Encounter at the 8 minute mark. The tomato timer goes off 2 minutes later (so at the 10 minute mark). It can take 13 to 15 minutes, depending on the size, shape of the map and the direction of the wave, to be covered in the Radiation. The Radiation gets stronger the longer you are in it. This season (18) there are a few issues with maps & locked exits. Anniken has just had locked exits added, but it wasn't meant to be all of them - Devs are aware of this bug. Batterie Snodekt didn't have any locked exits until this season and also is a bug, but there is an exit with no lock on it at the South end - the same as the normal Batterie map. Grontheim Valley has a middle exit that can be broken by an Outlander, which then makes it locked for the rest of the game. Viktorsten Station has two locked, North & South of the map. Fiske, Sagbruk, Fjellkanten have one locked exit, which leaves Dverg Forest, Myren, Kjerstin & Brodalen Bridges as the ones with no locked exits at this current time. I hope this helps and maybe in the future I will be able to do a video just on these points.

What type of Encounters do you mean, as I have a few already in here. I live stream Encounters with the community on Twitch too. Are you thinking of anything particular?

Simple answer is yes, BUT - Early Access on PC has NO coop. They are planning on PC being fully coop/playing with friends like we do on console, when it comes full release later on this year.

I played on xbox when this released but not for too long and just recently started on switch within the past week. I can't say I have this issue. I've only just got to the "play with friends" quest so I'm not aware of this issue or is it happening after this quest?

Nope. They arent planning on bringing it to PC either, well not in the near future anyway.

It's just released on PC but you have to pay for early access. Free on Xbox PlayStation and switch though
