A candy button was a candy that was first introduced around the 1980s or 1990s. I do believe they were discontinued but due to the popularity of the candy it was re introduced back on the shelves. I think that was correct but I'm not sure.

it is currently friday, april 8th, 2022 at 9:50PM and youtube has appeared to have recommended me a video from 11 years ago titled "How to eat Candy Buttons like a Recreational Mechanism". I am not sure what videos i have viewed to cause youtube to recommend me this video, but i find it quite informative. Thank you KZfaq. - 12 year old me

As a kid (and as an adult now) I'd create tension in my cheeks by opening my jaw up wide and then flick my cheeks to play songs. I always wondered if other people could comprehend it too. It seemed plausible that it was based more in my imagination than reality so no one else would hear the song. Finally here's actual evidence that this activity is comprehensible for others.
