5:24 28.02.2019 இதே சூழ்நிலையை நானும் அனுபவித்தேன் ...அன்றைக்கு நடந்த job termination என் வாழ்க்கையே புரட்டி போட்டு விட்டது..அதிலிருந்து இன்னும் மீள முடியாமல் வாழ்க்கை வேறு மாதிரி ஆகி விட்டது..அன்றைக்கு மட்டும் இந்த job termination நடக்காமல் இருந்தால் நிம்மதியான ஒரு வாழ்க்கை கிடைத்திருக்கும்.

TN started many private engineering colleges and the aspiration of almost anyone was to do engineering. This should be achieved by competition, not just by increasing number of available seats. Providing in excess of requirement will lead to this condition only. The state has created a situation where many more people are waiting for the job and are ready to do it at a lower salary. So unless one has a special skill, he/she can't expect to be treated well. Similarly with other courses also. Even in the USA, many people don't go for graduation because there are many skill- oriented jobs which don't require an additional qualification. Overqualification is also a social problem. Telling that let someone else from outside come and do those lower level jobs is a stupid mindset.

These people are not saving habits, everybody should have atleast ten percent savings from their salary,one more thing when cost of land increased they thing sale of land more profitable than running the coy ,govt should only lease the land and not to sell it

Thanks vijaytv for bringing the topic in public.. I was searching for long way to tell true incident happened in my family.. I don't want mention the name of the company... My dad worked for a radiator company in puzhal in inspection department.. There was strike in 1999-2000 ( not sure of exact year but I was studying tenth standard that time. Based on my education I mentioned d year ).. My dad company got closed and many employees lost their jobs.. There were a union who were performing the case in court in behalf of employees... The case is still going in court but no justice given to the employees n even the machines inside the company were sold out.. Its 2014 .... 14 yrs... Many employees who worked that time were died n the company yet to give the settlement to the employees... These poor employees still hoping atleast before their death they ll receive their money..this is wat happen in real life.. Corporate nu summa pesurathula waste.. These guys are mere blood suckers...

Good debate...I am from Pondicherry and he is 100% true big companies filled their packets and left the employees as waste material. I finished my MBA 2012 I did not found a good company here...Selfish MNC's and Local government...!

There is replacement for unskilled, semi-skilled, skilled workforce and management execs also..the labour reforms have been altered for easy hire and fire... job termination is not a great problem but unemployment is... therr must be economic freedom for investors. .
Indian Management team same thinking which HR people speak in this program. I was worked around 4 countries all the country nationals they will enjoy the week end and holidays but if the Indian people working in Indian management they are forcing to do work for 12 or more hours and No holidays also. Indian only cheating Indians other national are not cheating as of my experience .

Occupation humanity.. which job is the permanet job if we retrd also tat wont affect me and my family mean simply tats a government job.. corporate entered in our country reason is our government who authorised their to enter they didnt see a long term vision.and they didnt adopt the buisness properly.. if our government adopted properly mean they can make the company for our peoples in india by indian government and they can offer a permanent job witout affecting any people if we gonna fire the person ur enough ur useless also government hav to see for them life long for used their talent already by pension pf etc.. dont know how to explain much. For the problems simple by our mistake mean indian government mistake.. indian govenment seen the tax and profit and econmy wil up they didnt see the humans suffer for long term. If they seen that time they can build a company and give works to our citizens then this much problem dint come to our citizens. Indian are the leading man power foreign countries know that. But indian government didnt feel tat by 100percent!! They using our brain and throw us like a dust.. now lakhs of our people working in mnc.. we cant stop mnc or we cant make our own product and give works to employees and give support.. oly possiblieties government hav to make a noms tat if u gonna use our citizens brain we can reduce the government share but u hav to give the pension pf like tat anything wat is possible to avoid suffering a people... if anything wrong i said just im sorry im 10th fail and u can knowledge me by replying for this as a comment!!
