About the tower targeting minions thing... It is just targeting the closest minion like 90% of the time. Sometimes weird shit just happens tho. Also, it is 100% easier to see when you are just watching. Having said that, the difference in distance between the minions is seriously tiny. It is so hard to see when you are in game and have to divide your attention on an opponent, let alone talking for an audience.

I hated the old Viktor Hexcore items. Always felt weird having those items being tied to his skill upgrades. The item wasn't bad for AP, but needing 3k gold to upgrade your skills felt weird. The newer passive feels more in line with other passives. (And doesn't block an item slot) "Unless i'm doing poorly, then it's my jungles fault."

Me thinking hexcore still exists.
