Since 1991, Paradis has been a spokesmodel for Chanel. She was in a relationship with American actor Johnny Depp from 1998 to 2012; they have two children: Lily-Rose and John "Jack" Christopher Depp III.

To be fair, I think they agreed to split around the same time Johnny met Amber. Amber's testimony that Johnny didn't want her to be sexy or show off her body in public is blatant baloney. Vanessa is a vibrant talented sensual woman and I am sure Johnny never told her how to dress or behave in public. Vanessa is a wonderful example of a secure and empowered woman.

It still baffles the mind that Johnny swapped Vanessa for Amber. And it's become obvious that it baffles Johnny, too. What was he thinking? Temporary psychosis? Vanessa was big professionally when she met Johnny, at such a young age, she had Lenny Kravitz and Serge Gainsbourg who wrote songs for her, she is a French star, people love her, and still now. She is also an accomplished actress. She started when she was a little girl, she remained the adorable baby for all the French people. On the top of that, she is a wonderful mother. We are very proud of her. And she is so classy, in spite of her sadness, she never said one bad word against Johnny, she is amazing.
