Brilliant guest and like Ricky said and I’ve said time and time before this is a lesson to anyone doubting themselves in life think about this, Viktor has come all the way from Bulgaria 🇧🇬 with his family and settled in the uk (even though there are many who would oppose that) and managed to create with his Mrs to businesses, so if he can do it so can any of us

Exactly, what a noob! The only lower badged E46 with a larger engine was the 320i which had a detuned 2.5 straight 6.

Yeah I was so confused.. I could have sworn the 325i was the M54B25. There is No way he turbocharged his engine and does not know the engine size 😂

I can only assume it was a 325 to start with and he engine swapped it for the 330, however the 325 was 192bhp and the 330 was 230bhp. So still a bit confused....

I'm contemplating turbo charging an E46 clubsport I have that I haven't properly put on my channel yet .. this has been a little bit motivating as the biggest issue with them is lack of power ever though I love the M54 engine!!! Great vid

Tbf the previous owner could have fitted a m54b30 when adding the turbo etc....we dont know if its the original engine or not still in it.

I have a 325 with 3.46 diff and tune to raise linter to 7k rpm it is as fast as the 330 if not a bit quicker up to 100mph(private road)

was looking for this. the unfathomable naming scheme started after the 46, so the 25i is in fact a 2.5 liter. actually, it started with the 46, but not nearly as confusing as it's gotten since.

Even some of the people correcting him about the engine size are wrong ffs 🤦🏻 325i is 2.5.. 330i is 3 litre… The 2.5 is not the same as the 3 litre for those claiming it is looool. I can’t even be asked to go any further with this. You lot carry on sounding like the guy in the vid 🤣🤣

Had the same issue… I got a 325i n53 instead, (mpg was roughly the same) I’d strongly suggest getting a 325i or a 330i you won’t regret it…. Or just test drive one at least

The way to get more power out of a 320 is to log into autotrader, list it for sale, sell it and buy one with a proper engine.

Not bad… but I think this build is a bit backward… stock exhaust but an aftermarket ECU… fully rebuilt engine… all for a whooping 40ish percent increase in power over the stock 230bhp… my E46 330i 6 speed will be ready in June, will be 600bhp on stock ECU and custom 3 inch turbo. Rods, decompression head gasket and some 990cc injectors.. about a 260% increase…

he has a stock ECU(traction control works), a 2.5(190hp) litre engine, it's probabbly rebulit engine with stock internals, this is actaully a pretty decent build considering he bought it from someone else and that he doesn't know anything about it. This is how it probabbly should be done if you want to turbo your stock N/A engine.
