Yeah this one is tame compared to some of his other recent potions. The Cookie Monster mead (with a jar of pickled jalapenos), the rancid peanut butter bacon mead. I still see them in my nightmares

Reminds me the time when I was like 7-8 years old and I brew these "potions", basically mixing absolutely random spices (salt, pepper, oregano, etc...) and ingredients with water. Only difference is even when I was 8 I knew this was just some random slop and not to drink it and that it was only for play. Cobes is a child. A regarded one at that.

That mold at the top, that white mold, just delicious. We had a school project in highschool where we were tasked to ferment fruit sirup and fruit punch, to have the teacher distill alcohol from it, as a physics and chemistry experiment. Since most containers drew air, or were dirty inside, we also had mold grow, but we weren't drinking any of it, we were just experimenting if we could generate alcohol via physiochemical reactions. But yeah, Josh intends to drink this mold spore ridden fuel of satan, pure. Not refined via liebig coolers dripping into concentrated evaporated and condensated spirit.

I make actual moonshine. The video I watched of him making mead one time was sickening. I can't believe he watched another video of someone else making mead & then he did what he did. The shit I saw of him making it he wasn't even stirring the sugar in so it mixed with the yeast properly. He had layers of unmixed ingredients. The ONLY thing keeping him from dying after drinking that is the little bit of alcohol he's produced from the sugar & yeast kills off the horrible mold etc.

I always ask myself why he pours the sugar in first? I would pour in last and it is so much easier to stir and its not all settled on the bottom compacting.

@@Dolly-Days Lol yes. He should measure out the amount of water needed for the yeast packet to work properly first. Then add in the sugar & yeast. He probably has no clue how much water he has in there if there's other things in there before he adds the water. I don't know what yeast packet he's used but the ones I use are standard & are for 25 liters of water. That jar he has doesn't even look like half of that. Maybe he has custom packets but I would doubt that lol. I'm surprised he even has an air lock lol. If your air lock fails & too much air gets in there, guess what you make INSTEAD of alcohol? VINEGAR!!!

@@ClickClack_Bam I make beer regularly. Jurp used a whole sack of turbo yeast, good for like 25 gallons of beer, for one ONE gallon batch. Before some fan got him the turbo yeast, he would use an entire envelope of E-1182(or whatever) for one gallon when an envelope is good for 5 gallons. He regularly calls 1/3cup and 1/2cup a cup when neither are a cup. He puts his mouth and hands on everything. He never lets anything settle out. He's a trainwreck and I can't stop watching.

I just recently got over a really nasty stomach bug that gave me some truly nasty mudbutt. What I saw in that jar of "mead" was very very similar to what I saw in the toilet bowl after a really nasty visit to my bathroom.
