Born in the Caribbean from African descents I remember this lifestyle about 60 years and up ago. Nice it still exits, very relaxing, not so much stress like in the west.

We make rice balls, we use tomato sauce, seasonings and add mozzarella cheese in the middle. Then bread and fry them. They are good. God bless.

I love the village atmosphere ! People think American living is the best but I love the family and how everyone takes a part. Even the children adapt quickly to their way of life. We need to send our children there for exchange program. Just saying. U always wanted to live there but my mother did not want me far from home. I wanted to join the peace Corps and as an older adult wanted to live there but my health changed by then. I am 73 and you are my TV 💞💐😇
