I always loved The Villiage People, and YMCA since I was 4 years old, but looking back, sure they were not all that great as aritsts and they got worse as the decade headed into the 80s....but you have to give credit where it is due, they paved the way for groups like The Spice Girls, meaning the personality/character each one played in a group like this
