Method for preparing (100g)Fresh Handmade coriander masala powder
first heat the pan then add Guntur chilli(5),Byadgi chilli(5),Red chilli(5),Chick peas(50g),Coriander seeds(100g),turmeric (1),Black pepper(5) heat little then leave for the cooling after Grinded and make a powder you can keep the powder 1 year.
Ingredients
Chicken Sambar|Chicken curry
1st masala
chicken 2kg
oil
salt
Cloves - 4
Cinnamon - 4
Mint leaves -1cup
Coriander leaves-1cup
Garlic 7/8 -Ginger 1 medium(smashed)
onion-3
grind and make a paste
2nd masala
Fresh Homemade Coriander masala powder - 3tbsp(Grind)
3rd masala
Grated Coconut-1/2cup
roasted gram dal-4tbsp
grind and make a paste
