Hearing how expensive groceries are in #Ghana I created this Ghana Okro soup recipe to give everyone the chance to eat nutritious dishes to boost their immune system.
For the lucky ones who are able to put food on their table, do share a bowl with a neighbour who might be struggling by their door.

This looks like it would be very good. Where I am from we do not use a lot of that green vegetable but now I am curious to see how it tastes, I do see it in stores here. The carbohydrate at the end has such a beautiful colour to it (Sorry, I could not spell the name of it, perhaps omotuo?)

How is the brown rice flour made? Can one get it to buy? Or ypu have to make it ypurself in Ghana?

The Brown Rice flour is readily available in Ghana. The other alternative is to make your own using a high powered blender ❤️
