As a Hungarian, from eastern europe, I got slightly different taste, but except a very few recipes, every single meal you guys made so far looked mouth watering for me! All videos are drenched by the most honest joy and happyness, watchers can feel like being a member of your family, being part of this wonderful charity that gives smiles to those needy people. It doesn't matter that I can't understand most of the conversations apart from english words, I easily understand the language of the laughs, the gestures and the fun of common cooking in the nature. I'd easily trade off all my country's lame traditional foods in exchange to taste a steaming goat biryani, a chicken roast, any spicy gravy or pepper fry. Indian kitchen is extraordinary on it's own, but the farm fresh ingredients, the original spices, the country meat and the cooking method of the Village Cooking Channel is eternal for me :) Greetings from Hungary!
