Today we cook crispy veg fry recipe with using cauliflower and mushrooms.
We made cauliflower 65 and mushroom 65 for vegetarian lovers. We use an easy method to cook these recipes by adding simple and healthy ingredients.
Everyone will love this side dish recipe by eating with rice. We just did that.

Back to Basics. Always cooking in fields, fresh farm produce on firewood, without using any of the modern kitchen appliances, always grinding fresh turmeric paste & paste made of dry red chilli and so on, somany specialities. 'Arumai'/awesome, what I've noticed... 1. the freshness of the vegetables/ingredients... wish i could get such fresh vegetables 2. they use minimum powdered spices, they grind their fresh spices which is authentic to Tamil's cooking. Ppl hardly do this nowadays, even professional chefs don't, all prefer to use powdered spices due to convenience. 3. their energy, speed and teamwork... this amaze me most. Their energy level seems to be at the peak all the time :) 4. their noble effort to feed the mass 5. sharp blades 6. though they were playful at times they seems to know what they are doing and enjoying it 'Unggalukke yen valthukkal, muyarchi thodarettam, magilchi'

Mushroom Cauliflower Curry leaves Turmeric sticks ground to paste Red chillies ground to paste Salt Crystal Water Sesame oil Corn flour Fresh ground black pepper Water with chillies and salt brought to par boil cauliflower and then drained Turmeric chilly and salt pepper and corn flour are mixed and to this add the chilly and turmeric paste and make a stiff batter Mix the cauliflower and mushrooms sepa with this batter and let it marinate for a while Heat oil and fry mushrooms and cauliflower separately Finally to the hot oil you could toss the curry leaves quickly and use as garnish I hope I have not missed anything...it would be unfair to this lovable bunch from Village cooking ... Any mistakes to me Enjoy

Yes,me also I,m so happy viewing them while cooking.the way how they work well. Very Clean and all ingredients meantion it in Ingles the way I understand .Thank you guys.The one thing I like most, you used fresh spices ingredients. I once try the way you cook and I provened it Soo delicious even my Family like it very much.

They are from village..they have to get into fields every now and then..so they make it a habit..some people even dont like wearing it..I can understand you..but what I am trying to tell is that they are adapted to withstand such situations..
