There is something primaly satisfying about seeing a human knawing on a leg of lamb on the ground in the woods that he just cooked so well with the tools that he acquired. Humans are awesome. This one in particular is extraordinarily awesome.

I had often wondered why many videos of Indian cooking lacked sophistication and technique. Until I came across this video. Well done! I’ll try this prep at home but with less or no chillies. My view is that meat such as lamb leg doesn’t need to have so much of flavor from both chili powder and dried red chillies. Cheers.
