Hello Anoma! How wonderful to see your daughter following your foot steps to be an amazing cook like you. Her egg salad looked awesome, I've never thought about using butter as a base, we use mayonnaise. She is growing into a beautiful and talented young lady. The fresh cucumbers look so delicious. It takes me back to my grandmother making her cucumber salad...the cucumbers and sweet onion was soaked in vinegar sweetened with a bit of sugar, salt, pepper and fresh dill. Sometimes we'd add tomatoes too, it's so good! Funny how a few simple ingredients can make such an amazing dish. The cucumber pineapple juice had to be so refreshing. You always make me hungry! Lol Tell the kids "hello" for me and have a great day. Big ((Hugs)) and Love from Texas!!🤗💜😘💙

It is always a great pleasure to see you and your children. You daughter is not only growing up, to be a beautiful lady but a good cook as well. She made good sandwiches.👌👍 The cucumber, pineapple juice, cucumber salad and cucumber coconut gravy are all so appetising. A wonderful, healthy vegetarian meal. Hope the present situation in Sri Lanka would improve soon. It is really very sad to hear the news daily. We can only pray for your safety. The fuel problem may cause the farmers great difficulty to transport their perishable goods for sale. I can imagine the stress you all are going through. Pray and keep yourselves safe dear. We too are praying for all Sri Lankan people. May the Almighty Lord have mercy and restore peace and prosperity to this heavenly, bewitching land and people. Ameen. All the best to you and family.
