අද අපි කුරුම්බා කලුපොල් වෑන්ජනයක රස බලමු .අපි නිරෝදිමත් ජිවිතයක් ගත කිරීමටනම් හොද ආහාරයක් පිලියල කලයුතියි .අද මගේ දරුවන්ගේ දිවා ආහාරය සදහා පලා වර්ගයක් එකතු කරමින් සම්බෝලයක් සහ කුරුම්බා කලුපොල් වෑන්ජනයක් සමග නිරෝගිමත් දිවා ආහාරක් මගේ දරුවන්ට ලබා දෙන්නෙමි .
Today we're going to taste a coconut curry .We need to prepare a good meal to live a healthy life .Today I will be giving my kids a healthy lunch with sambol and kurumba curry curry by adding herbs to my lunch.

Thanks for your response. I am glad to share your views; we have many things in common; identical tastes, food habits, dress styles, tropical climate, as if Sri Lanka was detached from Kerala. I always feel that I am in a Kerala village, paddy fields, coconut groves, bamboo forests, jack fruits and mangoes. Greeneries and panoramic scenaries, blossomed flowers and chirping birds, are really soothing to eyes and souls as well.
