Madam beautifully crafted video as usual. Dodol is also made in Goa, India. Preparation is almost similar except for the usage of jaggery done over here. It’s really a privilege to see your kids bond so much. You are also sincerely putting your videos unfailingly every Friday. It shows your dedication.

The Kiri dodol looks so appetising. In Malaysia this dodol is also prepared with various flavours. Most famous is the durian favoured ones. They are wrapped in plastic wrappers in small cone shapes and packed in boxes. It is a bit oily. You have cooked it so well with a nice cream colour. The grandmother is really going to enjoy it. New method of making a sweet. The closest sweet we make is 'halwa' which is made of wheat flour/sooji, ghee and sugar. We were waiting for ghee to be added😊 but you used roasted rice flour. My 7 year old daughter and i watch your preparations and learn a lot. Thank you posting.

We have a Malay and Javanese community here in SL brought here by western colonizers. When they came here they also brought the recipes with them. Dodol is such a food, we assume.
