I think this case is "don't mess with Netflix." It was Netflix's decision to pull the plug all the Marvel series, right? Obviously they would count on Disney to retaliate.

Disney already planning to move all the Marvel IPs from Netflix since the acquisition rumor circulated more than a year ago. The contract is never renewed already give anyone a clue what about to happen.

@@ThePandaaa While that's totally fair, I think it's more deserving than a lot of movies that did make it into the best Picture category. I don't want to specifically blast any movies on the list as all the ones I've seen were good, but Spider-verse was innovative technologically/visually and told a really engaging story in a fresh, original way. It pushed the envelope in a way that a lot of other movies on the list didn't and I think it deserves the nomination (not necessarily the win, but at least the nom).
