@@catkoshka9 is the mirage fantasy of both. Eve just living. Knowing that she is good at her job but just going through the motions. Villanelle IS living. An assassin and manipulator, her fantasy and infatuation with Eve is attempting that Eve kills Eve; so she can have her. Almost happened, Eve snapped out of it and Villanelle shot her. Most of them only praise the editing work, which, by the way, is very good, but they do not analyze in depth the message implicit in the performance. Your point of view is very good. This is actually how you describe it. Villanelle in the last chapter intended that Eva kill Raimond to be similar to her. And yes, it is the mirage as you say it. With more curiosity I want to see how the next season unfolds. I remember Eve saying that she was "wide awake", that is very important, and it was shown in the end, when she gets mad at Villan because she made her kill the man. But, in my humble opinion too, I think that if neither of them really loves the other, each of them ends up separating forever, as it was in the first season and things end. However, I put a vote of confidence for the two women, who as actresses deserve the maximum awards, and I want to imagine well, that they both begin to grow and evolve helping each other. Recuerdo que Eve dijo que ella estaba "wide awake", eso es muy importante, y se demostró al final, cuando se enoja contra Villan porque hizo que fuera asesina del hombre. Pero, en mi humilde opinión también, pienso que si ninguna, en realidad, ama a la otra, cada una de las dos terminan para siempre por separarse, como fue en la primera temporada y la cosa se termina. Sin embargo, pongo un voto de confianza para las dos mujeres, que como actrices se merecen los premios máximos, y quiero imaginar bien, que ambas empiecen a crecer y evolucionar ayudándose una a la otra.

@@shanaiyacamille2788 Oh I definitely agree that Villanelle knows Eve likes her. I think in many ways she's right; she knows Eve better than she knows herself. But I think V also puts up a hard front but she is sometimes insecure about Eve's feelings towards her. Eg. when she is so disappointed when Eve doesnt show up in Amsterdam. I just rlly want them to have a proper talk so Eve knows V sent her a letter and V knows that Eve didnt receive the letter (hence why she didnt show up).

The two women MUST talk to each other about everything that has happened since the moment of the knife in the belly on the floor of Paris. The cause of why V escaped hurt, what happened in the hospital, how he got to England, what happened to Julian, never heard of the postcard she sent from Holland to Eve, why Eve never received her message from Amsterdam, why Eve He could not go to that city, ... there are many things that we do know but women do not know. They could not talk about themselves, when they were both at V's house and the two girls who left there appeared. They are very important conversations that do not finish closing and the protagonists remain unknown. Nor did they talk about microphone sex, and Villanelle's "good morning" greeting to Eve. All the scenes of the last chapter were triggered as a waterfall, and between the two they could not speak about themselves. This should change in the third season, although there are fewer murders and fewer runs, I hope there are romantic moments between the two. Or is it too much to ask?
