Trevor Murdoch shared a story about Harley Race when he was dying, he was in the hospital in Atlanta and wanted to be home in St. Louis with his family and friends. He needed a med flight out and Nobody had the funds to do it Vince got word of it so he paid for everything out of pocket so Harley could spend his dying days with his family and friends then paid for the funeral. He didn't tell anybody or mention it publicly, if it wasn't for Trevor nobody wouldn't have even known. Another Vince story that Jerry McDevitt shared at a Bruce Prichard live show was during the steroid trial when Vince was fighting for his proverbial life he went into the office and saw the janitor that he was friendly with, he could tell that the janitor wasn't himself so Vince sat and talked to him asking what was wrong, the guy told him how his wife left him, Vince sat there and talked to him like he was the most important person in the world. McDevitt said him and his attorney's said to Vince "C'mon Vince let's go we have things to go over" and VInce yelled at them and said "Can't you see I'm busy" and stayed there and talked to the guy. McDevitt said that's the VInce he knows, not this monster that people think he is.

@@noahp1124 I meant in terms of this generation. It’s not easy finding the stars nowadays when things have changed so much. With UFC taking over from wrestling & other options it’s hard to get everyone to come into WWE like the old days. Personally I do think they still have some stars like Reigns, Drew, Lashley & some of the women wrestlers are really solid. Even someone like Austin Theory has some young Cena vibes. I could see him becoming a star in the future because he fits the WWE style.

So totally true!!!! It's like a sport on the "Wrestling New Channels", who can regurgitate what Meltzer said, and who can hate on Vince the most. The guy's who don't make it in WWE, 9 times out of 10, had no business being there, and got pushed way further than they should have been. has Vince had misses, course he has, but he doesn't dwell on them. Is the WWE the best "wrestling" show, no, but it's never pretended to be. It's an entertainment product, that isn't trying to look legitimate. And the model works, it must do, because AEW have just started copying it.

Pat is doing things that others in the media could only dream of. Dude was a legend on the field and has become and icon off of the field. He is building his own empire and others are starting to follow suit. I’ll be honest. The things some of these wrestlers is bizarre. The shape those performers have to stay in and stay in for twenty years or more is incredible. BUT I find it ridiculous that grown men watch and follow the WWE the way they do. Especially considering there is boxing, UFC, bare knuckle brawling etc. but I have to say this interview gave me much more respect for Vince and the empire he has built. A very humble, kind and entertaining conversation. Hearing him talk about the business, the characters and the relationships he has built throughout the past several decades. Was very, very cool! It’s still stupid but I respect Vince a lot more than I did!

Vince we'll be missed when he does leave the company and retires bro he has done so much for wrestling I have been watching wwe since I was a little boy great memories sometimes WWE now hasn't been that great they hit and miss sometimes and it's not his fault he's doing what he can with it look it's his company he can do whatever he wants with it and whatever happens good or bad I think Vince is at a point in his life where he doesn't need to care about it I mean he's a billionaire he owns the biggest wrestling company in the world weather you like WWE or not Vince is doing his thing and then when things don't go the way WWE wants it or something bad happens everybody wants to point the finger at him and hate on him for it like bro get off him bro he's doing what he can.

Vince Mcmahon is one of the most interesting people on earth the stories you hear from people are insane they say the line between genius and insanity is thin Mr. Mcmahon puts a foot on both sides on the line and f-ing power walks both
