Sa akin po sir ang ginawa ko bumili po ako ng burial lot at P32k each, sampung lot ang binili ko. After 10 years at 7% interest rate per year ma giging P62,948 na sya. Maaaring magiging mas mahal pa dahil na uubos na ang vacant lot sa memorial dahil sa may inililibing. Habang na pupuno or kumokonte ang bakanteng lote ng sa libingan ay nag mamahal ang presyo.

Maganda ang investment proposal mo pero dahil sa dulot ni covid19 pandemic Kabayan limas ang pinagipunan natin sa loob ng 5 years kaya back to square one na naman matinding hirap pero by the grace and mercy of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ ay bumalik ulit ang sigla ng negosyo sa larangan ng outsourcing business US at China (our main customers). Meron na ako 120,000 for Emergency Fund, kung sakali wala income atleast mabubuhay kami ng 6 months, plano ko mag-ipon ulit ng 100k pang invest. As of now 1k per month sa MP2 ko, pag nakabou ako 100k for investment baka sa mp2 nalang, wala pa talaga akong alam sa mga invesment kasi katakot mag invest.

Hi Vince , i disagree on stockmarket... kapag volatile kasi mas malaki actually ang kita, dahil you will buy low and wait na tumaas bago magbenta... mas profitable stockmarket kaysa coop, its true na pataas ang graph ng coop vs stockmarket, pero hindi mo diniscuss yung %/numbers behind it... actualy kung volatility ang pag uusapan mas lalong profitable ang cryptocurrency pero mas advance level na ang crypto...dapat maalam ka na sa local stockmarket trading... i agree sa sinabi mo about emergency funds and rental properties but mukhang bias ka sa coop dahil yan ang expertise mo...wag po nating sabihin na pinayayaman natin ang mayayaman by buying stocks..nagbibigay din po sila ng trabaho at me produkto sila... wag po sanang bias... at wag po nating isipin na mahirap ang stockmarket at crypto... napakadali lang po nyan, wag lang po tamad mag aral... sa mga ofw..., pag natutunan nyo po yan, uuwi na po kayo ng pinas!

Don’t go for SSS Peso fund. You will lose the value of your money due to inflation. According to their website their annual rate is around 1% per year. Go for MP2 instead. Just make sure to reinvest after 5 years and do this until your retirement age. Most probably you will be a millionaire by the the you retire.
