I think Kompany has revolutionised the way that Burnley play now, I have watched one of their games and I see that they've adopted a possession based game, he's making the best out of the players he's got like Eddie Howe. I watched the United vs Burnley game and Burnley put up a very equal game and I wouldn't be surprised if Kompany managed to keep Burnley in the Prem for another 5 years after promotion.

I think maybe you should rebuild a team in ligue 2 or the segunda division since you are yet to in fifa 23,teams that come to mind are:paris fc or eibar

One of my favourite career modes i had was on fifa 18 doing a journeyman manager save, moving from dinamo moscow to huddersfield and winning both the fa cup and the carabao cup while still in the championship, was an excellent save

Granted I didn't consistently watch Anderlecht last year, but he seemed decent from the team highlights. 18 goals and 13 assists across all competitions is the best he's done at the senior level.
