TOTALLY… I would use it like text book every day. The broth snd noodles/rice are spot on. When you do stste thd ingredients it’s so fast I can’t write them down. Most likely the intent and the intention goal is to gain a ‘click’ to increase your profits. So be it…. That’s the way YTube works I guess.

Mine is a Spanish Chinese chicken stew with yellow rice and stewed red kidney beans. That and their liver and onions with yellow rice and stewed red kidney beans. I watch your videos regularly. I relate to you strongly, not so much in the cooking because you cook far better than I am broke to, but the comments you’ve made about how you were treated when you were young break my heart, I can relate because I was treated some more light Bullied and picked on. The fact that you have overcome all that, and are so successful and such a good cook, and such a wonderful personality, warms my heart, and I am so proud of you, even though I have no reason to feel pride

Both food and music evokes memories from my past. Cabbage rolls or fresh stone fruit and I think of my polish grandmother. A song on the radio can remind me of an old flame or stir a faint memory of riding around in my dads panel van singing along. Ha food really is a thing of connection to the past present and future. 👍🇦🇺
