Gender fluid people think that if they feel ‘feminine’ they are a girl that day, but if they feel masculine, that are a boy. That’s impossible lmfao. Actual transgenders feel gender dysphoria which basically disassociates their brains gender from their body. You can’t be trans without gender dysphoria and you most definitely cannot choose to be trans/your gender.

Someone who actually experiences gender *dysphoria* will want to transition because their brain is hardwired differently than their body thus creating this disconnect. Gender *dysphoria* can be severe or it can be minimal in certain situations. Ie someone has severe top *dysphoria* but they have little or no bottom *dysphoria*. They are trans and might transition to alleviate the dysphoria they feel. People who are not diagnosed with gender dysphoria SHOULD NOT be able to transition. The reasoning is those without gender dysphoria dont have a disconnect from their body medically. And transitioning will make matters worse for them. Many people who say they are trans without experiencing gender dysphoria are misinformed and most experience body dysmopria. Bc they dont fit into the binary of gender through how they act or the things they like they think they must be trans. This is very damaging for the trans community who need to transition medically and/or surgically. Just wanted to educate you a bit. Also, get better friends and explore your gender more before making big decisions.

Yep. Trans is not the issue. The issue is people believing there is no such thing as gender. That you can identify as both. I support everyone in nearly all beliefs as long as it causes no harm to themselves or people around them. You can't get mad at someone for asking which gender you are and then be upset when they are confused when you say you don't have one. Gender is one thing that defines us as a species. If you're born male and want to be female then tell me you're female and I'll absolutely respect that with proper pronouns. People don't look at them in an odd way because they think they are wrong. People look at them in an odd way because it's absurd to claim you have the biological impossibility of having no gender. Become a male, become a female or stay your birth gender but unless you're planning on becoming a new species anytime soon you kinda absolutely just a little bit have to pick one. I think it's less that they are getting misgendered, and more that people are blatantly misgendering them even when they explain what their pronouns are. A stranger misgendering you, you explaining what your gender is, and then them being like "Yeah okay I'll try to keep that in mind next time" is completely different from when you come out to your family and/or friends about your gender and them completely ignoring that and continuing to misgender you. Though I will admit that the people who get really angry at strangers for misgendering them need to chill out a bit. We live a society where your gender is assumed based on your outwards appearance, and while it may not be completely fair nor appreciated at times, it is what it is. And the only way that others are going to even want to understand, is if we don't immediately resort to violence or an aggressive behavior when the moment of misgendering arises. We, the people of the LGBTQ+ community, need to put on our big-person pants and be the bigger person. Not everyone is going to understand us, and not everyone is going to except us. Nearly all of my friends who refer to themselves as pansexual are still questioning thier sexuality. So I think when someone refers to themselves as pansexual they feel less pressure to figure out their exact orientation and just date whoever they're attracted to at the time. One of my friends thought they were bi but then began to think they were actually gay and got stressed, so they just identify as pan now since it's a more loose term. I hope that makes sense, I've only met three pansexual people before but that's what I've gathered from their experience.

From what I get and have been told is pansexual is like bisexual but also being attracted to the "other genders" So being into males, females, "non-binary" And so forth. Pansexual isn't actually a sexuality cause only two genders exist and we the human race already have a sexuality for those who are attracted to both genders. That being Bi-sexual. In all reality Pansexual isn't a real thing. It's another made up idea to go along with the whole concept of there being more than two genders

I came out as pansexual so that I wouldn’t be questioned while I explored . I just see it as a different word for questioning that makes people feel more secure about their sexuality
