I watched the stream for over an hour without realizing Joel was in control of the rewinds. I thought it was just a corruption setting that made the game reverse randomly, and I was musing to myself the whole time how interesting it was that randomly generated YTPs could achieve a new type of avant-garde comedy by holding on the same joke for agonizingly long, with absolutely no rhyme or reason, past the point where any human would lose patience or decide that the current "SUUS" noise was no longer funny. The thought that each bit could stretch on potentially forever, completely bereft of any guiding logic or regard for the viewer's entertainment, became the joke for me. If I had realized the stream was under the control of a human, I would have gotten bored after five minutes, but as it was, it only got funnier and funnier. Because Joel failed the fucking Turing test.
