Vin should play Eastern Mind: the Lost Souls of Tong Nou for win 95. Made by the guy who made LSD: Dream Emulator, and to me, its even weirder. It also got released in the US so its in full english.

3D Body Adventure! Wow, that takes me back... I was taught at home during junior high (1995-1998), and since my mother thought the curriculum we used was rather lacking in scientific content, she supplemented it in various ways. That mostly meant library and museum trips, but after we got 3D Body Adventure (and 3D Dinosaur Adventure; I think they came as part of a package) and she realized its educational value, she added those games to my curriculum. I spent SO MUCH time with those two games, though I greatly preferred the dinosaur one, haha. (I spent tons of time in the hospital parking lot in Body Adventure. That was a lot of fun. "The doctor has left the building! Repeat: the doctor has left the building! GO GET HER AND DRAG HER BACK IN HERE, DANGIT!!")

About time, this stream was great live, Megarace's rules reminded me of that Toonami original, IGPX (Anyone​ remember that? imagine this game with mecha, and was a anime, plus it was actually good)

God I wish I was there for this stream! You have to adjust/lower the 'cycles' for DOSBox to get MegaRace to play the way it's supposed to. When you hit the speed up track marking the game will animate as fast as the CPU will allow. This means that playing on a CPU that is "too fast" is nearly impossible. For the record, a 486DX/2 running at 66Mhz is the ideal config for this title. Regarding the controls, it is a requirement to set the controls to 'mouse' or 'keyboard,' otherwise it will default to 'joystick' control. edit: I now see you figured most of this out
