Animators always animate around the voice lines. You can't exactly sync your speech perfectly to an animation, nor animate a mouth perfectly without an audio reference

@@cool_bug_facts This is about professional stuff instead of fan animation where a voice would always come first, but funnily enough Japan, with its large output of animation, has been doing it the other way around since the earliest tv anime. Actors work with animation cuts that are already well on their way to be finalised. It's maybe more tradition at this point, but it still has its upsides with efficiency.

@@AtlasTheGarbage I just looked it up and the exact wording is: "Nor do we permit streamers to imply or suggest that they are fully or partially nude, including, but not limited to, covering breasts or genitals with objects or censor bars" So I guess it only applies to the streamers themselves and not any artwork they might display?

I don't mean to belittle other animations, but this one had some real quality to it. I guess the underlying bit makes the biggest difference, but it reminds me of the old Game Grump animations. The best ones were when they put a lot of creativity into that which you can't see and bring them to life-- The effort alone was nice regardless of how it turned out. As opposed to the ones where Arin and Danny were just talking. That's it. Northernlion had some like that too. Just his face with lip flaps somewhat matching the dialog. It makes me question what the point was in it being animated. Not to say that they didn't put effort into those, but you know what I mean. This was a real treat to watch.
