On today's explore we found an 80's Abandoned Farmhouse with everything left untouched for over 30 years. There were so many really cool items in this house. The previous owner was a farmer, had a wife, a couple kids, and was also a Christian.

Look at all that treasure! Encyclopedia set, bibles, vintage salt and pepper shaker, telephone, Pyrex orange daisy cups, gorgeous lanp, crochet blanket, the list goes on and on! Some bibles are very valuable.

fun fact: the bell shaped object that said “avon” was most likely an old perfume bottle! in the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s the avon beauty company had a lot of novelty shaped perfume bottles! i’m sure that a lot of them got left behind in old houses now though

Lots of great antiques and valuable collectibles are sitting in these old houses getting rained on and moldy ☹️ Can you imagine if you had a booth at an antique mall all the money you could make selling the stuff in this house to people who want them?

The Kodak Instamatic M70 is a movie projector. Had one growing up. I was born in 1971. There were some cool things in that attic like the high chair and the vacuums.

The book depends on the edition it is i.e. 1st, 2nd, 3rd edition etc. You should check the foods expiration date, that would give you a better time frame.

Do you have the current landowners information still? I would like to put a bid in on the property or to clear the house. There was way too many vintage and antique items in there that I want. Providing they still there, I can either buy the property as is or, work out a deal to clean the entire house out and haul away all junk treasures trash and trinkets for free with the caveat that I’m allowed to keep what I find

Just figured out how old I am. Mayor Mac I had collected, along with all his buddies, in my hope chest at 18 years old. The AVON bells were a perfume.

People come through to steal all the money, jewelry, and guns. They turn the house upside down looking for all the items

"interesting technology they had back then" 😂 hey..they still use those in some homes..they would have a shower curtain hanging above the tub, so as not to splash. Btw, great eye for interesting objects! Thats what makes it fun to watch. Keep it up!

Wash stand ...with mirror use to be pitcher and wash basin ..sitting in it.. Old black and white tv..some really cool things . McDonald's glasses are worth money it's a good thing I am not exploring those places because I would have to take some little something to remember the place by .just a small token since no one would ever come back to get anything .

It's much older but the house was abandoned in the early 90's

The round thing that you said looked like a makeup table...it was not. It was a table that held a water bowl and could be removed to empty easily

FYI just because it's abandoned does not mean it does not work the people passed away everything work when they passed away I'm sure so it's still going to work if it's not been touched

ok,, you need an old guy like me(58yrs) to go with you to tell you what half this stuff is....Some of the things you found in there are worth some cash to collectors...Like that Toy Grater..Those old toys are a big deal....
