Very little ironstone to be found here for a decent price, but because of your influence, I still keep an eye out when Im out and about. Hope this move goes well and not one thing is broken or lost of your beautiful collection. Thank you for your family's service. When one family member serves, the whole family in many ways does to!

First time viewer here> at 73, I am amazed at what base housing looks like nowadays. We lived in base housing in the 60s at Ft Lewis in WA during the Vietnam war. It was rows of brick buildings with no style. Just basic form and function. My son was a Marine for 21 years and lived in variis base housing in San Diego , Miramar and Camp Pendleton Ca. They were all better than my own home. I do know those military movers are quite a whirlwind when they come through. YOur home is very interesting. Love all the old ironstone and your styling.

Mandy, you are not weird! I would adopt you as my daughter in a heartbeat, you are precious! My favorite pieces are Lucy, Ethel, all those amazing butter pats and the shelf that houses them and those are beautiful pheasants. You have a lovely home and I pray this next move goes well with no broken pieces. When I was young I used to think it would be wonderful to be married to a serviceman and move around a lot to experience living in other states but I can see it can be stressful, especially when you land in a spot you really love and then have to leave. Good luck with your move and I look forward to future videos.

I love your dining room Mandy filled with so many treasures. You know I love all your ironstone especially the butter pats. I still have not found a chunky one . There’s not hardly any ironstone in my area at any price for some reason. I pray this move goes smoothly without any disasters. Love and Blessings ❤️❤️❤️

You are definitely not weird lol.. you gave me an idea to name my furniture pieces. I never thought of that lol.. people name their cars so why not 😂I love your dining room, Mandy. So warm, cozy and inviting. It reminds me of a bed and breakfast I love in Mt Dora, Fl. I love your hutch and I love the beautiful high back chairs in front of your window. In the 80’s we were stationed in Izmir Turkey. No base, so we lived in a Turkish apartment. View of the Aegean Sea. I made the apartment have a farm house feel. Retired USAF couple. Please leave me your ironstone collection!

Hi Mandy seems like you were just about settled in this home when you got word your shipping off again. I know it's part of being military family.I already put in prayers that your belongings will make it to your next destination intact. And that you and your family have safe travels. Ohhh its stunning Mandy!! And your styling.. perfection! I could just come shop here😄 ..but seriously! So many unbelievably gorgeous pieces! And you're not weird naming your pieces..i do that to some things too😊 The recovery home we own has quite a few vans and trucks.. they all have a names😄 I think its so special that you have a piece of your old monstera plant! Sweet! The bottom of your hutch looks like the bottom of my primitive step back cabinet my husband surprised me with several weeks ago. That would probably be my favorite piece if I HAD to choose..i love it all! Thanks for sharing, good luck on your move😊

Always love your videos I’m the same as you I’m a big fan of the stained iron stone but unfortunately here in Ontario Canada, there aren’t many places that have it and if they do, the prices are through the roof would love to buy something from you, but that would be a lot of shipping so unfortunately, I’ll just enjoy the iron stone vicariously through you Looking forward to seeing more🙏💕👋🇨🇦 PS the glair didn’t even bother me at all. I was too enthralled with your beautiful dining.

Everything looks so beautiful! Do you have any great tips on how to pack ironstone for long distance moves? Do you organize/label your boxes according to the room you packed it in or the room it's going to go in? I love hearing how other people pack...I'm weird, but I move a lot too. I hope your move goes smoothly & you get the good movers!

I’ve been watching some of your videos and wondering what the big deal is about these butter pats and now I want to grab some lol 😂… some of them are expensive… hoping I find some Johnson brothers ones in a thrift store hahaha
