I had forgotten about the sliding heater & a/c controls, and the pull out knobs for the lights. I now remember using them when I drove my grandparents' Buick and their Ford LTD. So many memories. Nowadays, a 16 year old kid who got in one would have no clue how to use most of the controls. Thanks for sharing this.

Bringing back the past. I owned a '72 Mercury Marquis 2dr. I called it my boat, it wad quite large. The interior was very nice and had all of the accoutrements as this Lincoln did, even the 8 track!!

The good old days!!!❤❤❤❤❤ I have a rust free 1984 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz that I have owned for over 20 years that is currently getting a fresh paint job. Can't wait to get driving it again. Those vintage Lincolns and Cadillacs and many others are precious memories of the past. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My grandad had a 60s Lincoln. I remember the day he traded it in for a champagne Crysler 300C the day they hit the dealership. Still has it to this day. Good times....

Camping and Long drives Comfortable riding from California coast to Nayt. Gdl. & Colima coast in Mx. 3K miles in 60hrs. drive. 400 gls. of ⛽ $800 each Way Trip No high ways No toe fees more fun stoping anywhere we liked. No Bandidos back then🙏🏼 Before Chevy Chase,, We made Lincoln Park Chase on a Fleetwood Brougham Fam. of 5 & my 🐕 friend.

I loved driving this old electric cars. Especially the power steering. You can make a turn with a fingers and thary had more and foster pickup with the addition of passing gear activated by pressing the accelerator to the floor. It waa GREAT and FUN!
