This garland was most likely produced in the late 90s, but it was purchased in the early 2000s, specifically in 2001, it does not have a controller, it is on flashing lamps, it has two circuits, blue-green and red-yellow. Flashes alternately. It also has a music box with one melody that can be turned down or turned off.

Vintage?! Lol They still make these kinds of lights. Vintage is something that's over 50 or 60 years old, especially antique furniture or other products made. It's funny when some people say vintage on something that's between twenty or thirty years old is vintage. I understand it's a product made in the 90s, but it's not vintage. Lol

If you search the internet you'll find that anything at least 20 years old is considered vintage. It's a hard pill to swallow but 90s 2000s stuff is vintage now. We are in 2023 lol
