marta, we call it wiping back and it makes the colors stick in the nooks and crannies without coloring the whole picture. adds dimension to your piece. This is gorgeous!

You are so sweet with your family. I can tell you are very loving and caring with them. It is a good example to others who sometimes get angry or frustrated with their family for interrupting their filming. I like that you let them be who they are and do not control their actions and noises. Such a healthy way to mother....I love ot! You are AMAZING!❤💐

Hi Marta. To make it easier to put pressure on your canvas without stretching it, put a book underneath it. Then you can press down on the top and it doesn’t move. ❤️

I love this canvas. It gave me some great ideas for something I am working on that wasn't quite right. What I'd done was quite 'flat'. You have inspired me to use some recycled old book pages as backgrounds too. I love watching your videos. x

I had such a good time watching you doing the Vintage lady! I truly enjoyed when you just talked about your family, sharing the fireworks video and hearing your daughter say "goodbye everyone". Marta, since I began mixed media a couple of years ago, you have become one of my favorite artists. I find myself talking with you, saying "oh yes, that is a good spot," or "humm not sure about that," "I do love that Marta," I love when you talk about your family, which is a lovely one I can tell. I love that you live in Ireland, as my great grandparents are buried in Cork. I've been to Ireland once and long to come back to "the land of my family." It just kinda calls to me!! Your business is growing fast and yet you still keep it friendly and easy to do. I'd be tempted to travel to Ireland from California if you ever had an international class or just a class amount your fans. So I say good night from California and I Just Love This Beautiful New Project and I will share with my friends!! Hugs Patricia

Anyone can apply for citizenship in the Republic of Ireland as long as they can prove an ancestral tie and have $250,000 to cover their retirement. The $250,000 is required because foreigners have not paid into Ireland's national pension and cannot receive benefits from the government in their old age. They do have to meet a few other immigration requirements, but the Republic of Ireland is one of the easiest countries for American, Canadians, and British people to get permanent citizenship.

I love hearing about your baby and how you care for her.. I don't mind it. I actually enjoyed hearing about it all. My baby is 20 now. I am beginning very early menopause at age 45. I love, love ,loved nursing my babies as well. I nursed one of mine until he was about 2 years old. I really, really, really miss that time with my children. It almost breaks my heart that I can not ever have that experience again. 😔 I think it is important for healthy bonding. If people get offended at listening to that, it is their own issues that are not healthy at all. I am glad you feel I am your friend.
